How long does the canopy tour take?
A typical tour takes between 1 and 1.5 hours from the time you get harnessed up to the time you’re walking back to your vehicle.
Can I leave the tour once it starts?
Yes, you may leave at anytime. Just let one of the guides know and they will assist you in getting down from the platform.
What should I wear?
Our one requirement is that you wear closed-toe footwear. Other than that, we suggest you wear comfortable clothing and that you dress for current weather conditions. We provide all the necessary zip lining gear. You’ll be wearing a helmet, so you might want something to tie your hair back.
What is the minimum age to zipline?
Our minimum age is 7 years. Children 7 years and under must be accompanied by an adult and can tandem with a guide. All guests 18 years of age or younger must have a parent/guardian sign their waiver.
Do you have any weight or height restrictions?
You must weigh at least 75 lbs but no more than 230 lbs. Guests under 75 lbs can ride tandem with a guide.
Do you take walk-up visitors?
Yes, but our bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. To secure a a booking we suggest that you make a reservation at least a day in advance. To make a booking, call us at 1-1 819-341-4577 or book online.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, any cancellations that are made less than 48 hours prior to the tour departure time will be charged the full tour price. This includes no-shows, late arrivals and any reduction in booking party size.
What is it's raining or snowing?
We operate in rain or shine (and snow). In the rare event that your zipline tour is delayed or cancelled due to inclement weather, someone will contact you at the telephone number provided during the reservation process.
What do I need to bring?
Closed toe shoes, weather appropriate clothing and a smile! We will provide the helmet, harness, pulley & a professional guide.
