How long does the Kayak tour take?

A typical tour takes about 1 to 2 hours hours from the time you get your safety briefing to getting all your equipment and kayak.

When Should I reserve?

A day in advance is sufficient. Even the day of the activity we often have availability.

What should I wear?

Our one requirement is that you wear open toe footwear or water shoes. Other than that, we suggest you wear comfortable clothing and that you dress for current weather conditions. You’ll be wearing a helmet, so you might want something to tie your hair back.

What is the minimum age to Kayak?

Our minimum age is 7 years. Children 7 years and under must be accompanied by an adult and can tandem with a guide. All guests 18 years of age or younger must have a parent/guardian sign their waiver.

Do you have any weight or height restrictions?

You must weigh at least 75 lbs but no more than 230 lbs. Guests under 75 lbs can ride tandem with a guide.

Do you take walk-up visitors?

Yes, but our bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. To secure a a booking we suggest that you make a reservation at least a day in advance. To make a booking, call us at 1-1 819-341-4577 or book online.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, any cancellations that are made less than 48 hours prior to the tour departure time will be charged the full tour price. This includes no-shows, late arrivals and any reduction in booking party size.

What is it's raining?

We operate in rain or shine. In the rare event that your Kayak tour is delayed or cancelled due to inclement weather, someone will contact you at the telephone number provided during the reservation process.

What do I need to bring?

Open toe shoes, water shoes, bathing suits, weather appropriate clothing and a smile! We will provide the all safety equipment & a professional guide.

All ticket sales are for the date and time they are purchased for. We do not refund, credit, or reschedule for missed tours.
